Applications for COTW are currently being accepted for the 2024-2025 school years on a first-come, first served basis. Students are placed in classes based on their age as of September 1 of the current school year, consistent with Texas public school placement.
Applying is easy using our online application. A non-refundable fee must be submitted with each application as follows:
To begin the online application process, create an account. Then log in to your account and create a new student application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. (Please note that if you already have another child enrolled in Children of The Woodlands, you will not need to create another account. Just click Online Application/Login and enter your existing login and password.)
Should you desire more information than is available on our website, fill out our Information Request Form and our office will contact you.

Returning students and newly admitted students complete the enrollment process via their online FACTS Family Portal account. The non-refundable enrollment fee is paid at the time the online enrollment forms are completed and submitted.
Children of The Woodlands admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
